Subject: Please help with this problem.
Okay here is the deal, I sent a friend and guild mate a (lifestone) in the wow mail. We agreed upon 72G which I was in no hurry to get. I had an issue with my mail on wow where some items that I had been sent and sent to people ended up missing. You fixed something and I got my items that were missing and thought we had another issues so I made a ticket about missing mail. Blizzard then sent me a message telling me that you found the item but sent me the gold for the item. but my friend and I did not have the item in our mail. Why did you suspend her if you found the item? Why didnt you just send the item back to me? I have permission to use her game name. Set to babyskittles of smoderthorn, who is now suspended for 72 hours, this is unacceptable. The GM did not even give her a chance to talk to you about it or a chance to check her mail to then send me gold. It was not sent to her COD, with a message send me the money when you have a chance. GM logged in and told her she was suspended for scamming? WHY? For what reason? if it was not in her mail, we both did not have it yet you sent me gold for the item but not the item and she needs to be placed off suspension she did not scam me....

   Hi Calvino,

I inquired into this. If your friend would like to contest this your friend will need to contact our Account Adminstration department. The most efficient way to do this is via the Website E-mail Form on the World of Warcraft website at:

http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/?id=eSupport000

I would also like to reference our section on Scam Policies at:

http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01726p

    Scamming another Player

    This category includes:
    • Acquiring items or any other "possessions" from another player through misinformation, confusion, or fraud (Scamming)

If a player is found to have perpetrated a scam, he/she may:
    • Be temporarily suspended from the game

Half King of Beasts + half Monarch of the Skies = ?

If you have any concerns about how the situation was handled, please feel free to e-mail wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. The Game Master staff (in-game or here on the Customer Service Forum) will not be able to provide you with further assistance in this matter. To dispute the action that was taken, your friend will need to follow the directions Kaone has provided in order to contact our Account Administration Department. Best of luck to you both.
But hark, methinks a mortal doth approach...
