Subject: My Service
   Why is it taking so LONG to get my password protection answer? I emailed everything and gave them EVERYTHING they wanted.

WTF is going on? Been months now. WHY do I still get NO answer?

I've been hacked before so many times and after I went through all that BS waiting time to restore my account and claim it as rightful owner THEY STILL make me wait! I just want my password protection answer so I can change it... I'm tired of all this hacking and shizz.

Hi Saerk,

There would be no reason for it to take anywhere near this long. To me this suggests that your earlier correspondence sent to us may have never been received. I would recommend that you resend the details Saerk.

   In order to best inquire into whether such information you have mailed to us has arrived I would recommend using the Website E-mail Form on the Account Administration section of the World of Warcraft website. This can be located at:

http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/?id=eSupport000

Please fill this out and submit it. This is the method to use in order to get a reply from Account Administration as fast as possible. Good luck.

Either of those pronunciations are fine. It was originally Kay-own but Kay-wun seems inherently more intuitive for people.
