I'd apologise for the delay in my response, Euthanize, but please understand that if I do not immediately reply to a thread, it is not because I am "ignoring" it by any means; some issues require more investigation than others, and I wish to ensure that I offer the most accurate answer I can. I do, however, appreciate your patience in the meantime. :)
As for the actual matter about which you have posted, I'd like to say that I'm truly sorry for any confusion which may have arisen in your previous correspondence with our department; it does, indeed, look as though some misinterpretation may have occurred when the Game Master responded to your petition. I shall make certain that the service you were provided is given further review, but please also feel free to e-mail wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com if you wish to offer any additional comments or concerns. :)
My best recommendation to you, if you wish to pursue the possibility of exchanging those quest rewards, is to submit another in-game petition requesting such a service; please be aware, however, that a number of criteria -- including the amount of time which has elapsed since the quest was completed -- must be taken into consideration before any determination may be made on our part, and there is no guarantee that we shall be able to grant the exchange you desire. Nevertheless, I wish you the best in your efforts. :)
