Secondly, the previous posters are correct: In order to retrieve the answer to your Secret Question, you may contact Billing directly via e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZ) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday; additionally, you may fill out and either mail or fax the following form, being certain to follow all instructions therein. Those are, unfortunately, the only means by which you may acquire the answer to your Secret Question. All the same, I wish you the best. :)
