Okay, so now I think I figured out my account name, so I went to the retrieve password link. I entered in all of the right information and it said, "'NEW' Password sent to email address."
So I went to log into my email address and I didn't even know the password to that either -_-. So after like a lot of guesses it locked my account...
So my question is does it make a new password and send it to my email address? Because that would mean I wouldn't even be able to keep guessing my password for the account name.

When you use the Password Retrieval, Erenon, it resets your password and sends a new, random one to the e-mail address registered to your account; if, for whatever reason, you're not able to access that address, you'll have to contact Billing directly (as others have suggested). You may do so via e-mail (billing@blizzard.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZ) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. In any case, friend, I wish you the best in your efforts to resolve the matter. :)
