OK, so i get a "Come to my website to buy gold" spam email, and report it.
About 2 minutes later, I accidentally d/e my gravestone scepter that I was equipped with. (Char screen + all bags open at once, and momentary dyslexia, I meant to d/e the spellcrafter wand in one of my bags)
So I add a note to the ticket saying "Uhmm, I'm blonde and can this be fixed? Or should this be looked into as a bug?" Because I don't think you should be able to d/e something you're WEARING with no safeguard.
About an hour and a half later, I get a whiper saying "Thank you for taking the time to report this situation. Rest assured that we will investigate this matter and take all appropriate actions. This is an automated response and you will be unable to reply"
I'd at least like to know if I should re-ticket about my wand (hoping for a replacement, but unlikely it'll happen), or what actions will be taken about this problem with disenchanting.

Hey Deama. I do apologize that the second issue presented on your petition was missed by our Game Master staff. I can assure you that the message you received was not from a "chat bot." While it is an automated message of sorts to deal with more widely reported issues, such as gold sales advertistements, these petitions are read and addressed by actual Game Masters. I will see to it that the reasons for your second reported issue being overlooked are addressed.
I can see you have already conjured an additional petition regarding disenchanting equippable items; a Game Master will be with you as soon as possible. = )
With all of this being said, it may interest you to know that I, in fact, am a robot.
