This was the reponse i received in response to my petition. I have a lvl 11 priest alt named Failte. I sent 150g from Failte to this charector, Cuja. The gold never arrived. I submitted a ticket, assuming i might have mis sent it.
I will submit another in game ticket, but i imagine it will be HOURS until i get a reponse. Since the first response was unhelpful, i imagine that by now, whoever ACTUALLY received my 150g will have spent it already.

Hello again Cuja,
I inquired into this issue and it appears that 150g has not been sent from your character Failte to anyone recently. Rather than this being an issue of mail not arriving it sounds like this may just be one of the money not being sent in the first place.
