Subject: Item re-instatement by GM's?
I know that GM's can re-instate an item for you if you deleted something by mistake, or chose a wrong reward by accident.

I also know you have a limited number of re-instatements available.

My question is exactly how many times can you have an item re-instated? Is there a limit per character or per account?

Does your re-instatements decay over time or is there a hard cap as to how many re-instatements you can have no matter how much time has passed?

   Hello Grimlock,

Some of this is unable to be discussed fully and we have not released all of the internal workings of such reimbursement opportunities publicly to players. The basics are as you inferred, that a Game Master may be able to restore certain items lost in error by a player. The number of such reimbursements is indeed limited to prevent the service being depended on as a crutch. These limited restorations are tracked on an account basis rather than by your characters or by your characters on a specific realm. I hope what information I was able to give you was helpful.
