Subject: Uhhh... What the Hedoublehockeystick
I sent in a petition last night regarding Weldon Barov in Western Plaguelands. I just wanted to complain about how he is put right by a Alliance Flight master (I am not on a PVP server, if I wanted to be PVP in open land I would of joined a PVP server.) But, in any case, Weldon Barov is flagged PVP so when you kill him for a QUEST, you get flagged for PVP.. The response I get??

"Thank you for reporting this situation. We are currently working around the clock to address any realm issues that may be occuring. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we address this. Please be advised we will not be able to respond via in-game E-mail."

Where in my petition did I even mention anything about server stability? I didn't.. Do the GM's who answer petitions even READ the petition? This particular response, didn't even get me an E-mail and the GM didn't leave a name or anything. Last night I was just getting frustrated trying to finish a quest and getting killing by alliance everytime we tried to engage him. I just needed somewhere to vent and the first place I went was the petition Que :P Anyways, I thought i'd complain about the type of service I received from the result of this petition, because it is less than stellar.

Please accept my apologies, Skolin, for the way in which your petition was addressed. It appears that the mail may have been sent in error when responding to your petition. I have researched the way in which this was done and taken the liberties of forwarding the relevant information onto the appropriate people so that this is addressed internally. I can assure you it is not a standard or habit for a Game Master to avoid reading petitions submitted by players; however, mistakes can be made.

If you do still wish to leave your own feedback regarding this situation, you can always email WoWgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. So that we're clear to which petition you're referring, you can simply note that it was submitted 2006/08/11 04:17:01 GMT.

In regards to the issue about which you contacted us, this is a much better matter to be noted on our Suggestions forum. The quest is currently functioning according to its intended design; therefore, the Game Master will be unable to relay your feedback concerning the quest functionality. I apologize once again for the circumstances surrounding your petition.
Spent and sighing with that look in your eye..
