I'm afraid that your assumption is incorrect, Clore; although I can assure you that realms are continually being monitored and re-evaluated to determine their eligibility as destinations for the Paid Character Transfer service, that is not a process in which the Game Master Department -- and, by extension, the Customer Service Forum -- has any involvement. Thus, I'm unfortunately not able to provide any definitive answer to your question. I can tell you, however, that if Aman'Thul has not been found to be full or densely populated, and there are no upcoming free realm transfers slated to or from it, it should become available once 90 days have passed since its release date. I hope that helps. :)

Q u o t e:
lol, a date would have been beatiful but i have NO idea what date it opened or how long it has been open for.

THankyou for the very snappy answer tho.

It looks as though Aman'Thul was released on June 8, 2006. Thus, assuming all other criteria are met, it should be available sometime around September 8. :)
