Why does blizzard even have an open ticket timer? I have been waiting for well over an hour for my current ticket. Everytime my ticket gets below 20 minutes, another 10 minutes is added to the time. This is useless. Get rid of it, and use the bandwidth on something more worthwhile.

I'm sorry to hear of your frustration, Grumpie, but some indication of a player's position in our ticket queue is something which customers have requested for some time, and thus the timer was implemented; if you believe that the concept should be revisited, I would recommend that you pose your concerns on our Suggestions Forum for further perusal by the authorities responsible for initiating such changes as you've requested. In any case, friend, I wish you the best in making your voice heard regarding our open ticket timer. :)
