I received a tell from a GM today. Saying that I had been reported for violating the ToU. And that an e-mail had been sent to my registered E-mail with details as to why, etc.
Fair enough. But what caught me as a surprise is that the GM also regretably informed me that I had to be removed from the game. When I tried to log back on I had a temporarily ban on my account. I proceeded to my Inbox where the e-mail was supposidly sent and there it was. I opened it and it said nothing of a ban. It stated;
"Action taken: Warning." No ban. Nothing.
Now here's my beef;
After three warnings it's a 3 hour ban from what other players have told me. This is all fair enough. However. The current ban on my account has so far went on for over 8 hours. And I'm basically at the stage of I just wish to know wtf is going on. I have no details of when my account will be back up, how long it's been banned for. Nothing. And not a single GM will talk to me about it in game via my alt account.
Anyone able to answer?

I'm happy to look into the matter in a bit more detail, Ryushii. Can you offer the name and realm of a character on the suspended account? :)

That is a character on the account from which you are posting, which has not been suspended so far as I can tell -- if it had, you wouldn't be able to log in. :)

This is an alt character on an alt account.
Notice the double i's.
"Ryushi"
"Ryushii"
The character that was banned is the one with the singular i.
"Ryushi"
Erm... oops, my mistake. Sorry about that, friend. ^^;
