About a week ago I tried logging into my other account to find the pass was changed. When I reset the pass I found that it had a suspension on it. I then checked my emails to find that it had been permanently banned for reasons I am yet to find out.
I have sent numerous emails to find out why it was banned and if there was a chance of retrieving it but knowone will send me a reply.
I assure you I have not broken any of the terms and conditions and it was suggested that maybe the account was exploited. I would at least like an explaination to why my account was banned.

I'm happy to look into the matter in a bit more detail, Cyco. Can you offer the name and realm of a character on the affected account? :)
