Subject: WoWAccountAdmin. Not satisfied.
I just have a simple question, when you send an email to this department why don't you get an email back telling you that they are looking into this? im completely unsatisfied with this service and rather disgustedn, i haven't played in the last 2 days because im starting to question why im paying monthly for a company that does not value "customer satisfaction" and will not renew my account until someone takes a look at my dispute. So what blizzard.. are you ignoring your monthly paying customers now? not smart

   Hi Tonika,

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received a reply. When did you email our Account Administration department? Generally it can take up to a few days to get back to you. Another slightly more recommended contact method is via the E-mail Form on the World of Warcraft website. This can be found at:

2 days ago and thankyou Kaone.. should i use the email form even though i already contacted them?

I see little harm in it. Just mention that you are re-sending your issue via the Website E-mail Form method on the off-chance your original email was not received.

Q u o t e:
Thanks again, I ask one last thing from you. To give me your opinion at this issue:

What i'm pointing out there.. is how the person who reported me started this conflict and broke the rule first, a hypocrit. I on the other hand do not want to report him.. but to remove this warning from my account. I do not know if this is possible. What is your opinion on the matter? should hypocrits who trigger the conflict report good players such as myself and get away with it this easily?

Unfortunately two wrongs do not make a right. While the other party can be actioned (and may have been already) for any violations of our policies, if both parties violate our policies it will result in both of them receiving account actions, rather than your suggestion of these being "cancelled out". However you can certainly report the other party, either in your email or via a petition to a Game Master, for any behavior that may violate our policies.
