Subject: my own strange behavior in a battleground
08/06/2006, 20:01:01 (not sure if thats my time (-2 from server) or Twisting Nether server time)

We got 5-capped in a BG and were graveyard camped with 4 alliance versus 15 horde. I didn't feel like loosing the durability from getting whacked on, so I hit cancel on my rez and ran over in front of the gate to wait for the BG to end and get my single mark. So I waited, yet a game ends usually everyone is given full health and mana/rage/energy and unable to move. My character, instead, was instantly ressurected with 0 rage like a regular rez, then a giant sparkly purple thing appeared over my head, I raised my arms, then I started RP walking in a straight line for 2 seconds, stopped, turned 50 degreed to the left, blew bloodrage, summoned a battle chicken AND a pet bomb simultaneously (I dont even have a battle chicken or pet bomb in my inventory or bank wtfx?!), walked a few more inches, then stopped moving. Upon looking at the screen shot, I was also given a battleshout buff (I was dead before the battle ended remember?) at no rage cost (24 rage from bloodrage and anger management bug) because I was not in a party.

What does it mean? Should I rename my interface WTF and WDB files? Can addons randomly summon pets you dont even have? o.o

   Hi Kerrala,

I looked into this for you and was unable to see any "real" Battle Chicken etc at the time. By this I mean another player wouldn't have seen them - it must have been limited to your World of Warcraft client. It would probably be worth resetting your User Interface as it is possible that a corrupt AddOn could be responsible. The best steps to follow are:
    1) Log out of World of Warcraft to your desktop, thereby exiting the game completely.
    2) Navigate to the World of Warcraft folder, which is often found in the Program Files directory (the default path is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft).
    3) Either rename (or delete) the WTF, WDB, and Interface folders. (Note: If you do not wish to permanently lose any third-party addons you may have accrued, or macros you've written for your characters, you would be well-advised to merely rename the folders, rather than delete them entirely.)
    4) Log back into the game by double-clicking WoW.exe, ensuring that you do not reinstall any addons before doing so.

Half King of Beasts + half Monarch of the Skies = ?
