Subject: Unable to read saved letters
Hi, for a while now (about 1.5 months), I have been unable to read letters that I had saved from my mailbox and put in my vault. I have submitted gm tickets for this issue numerous times. The first time I was told it was a known issue. Every time since I receive a generic email stating:

Thank you for taking the time to submit this report. We appreciate the feedback
and look into each report we receive. While we cannot guarantee a response, we
can assure you that the report will be read and investigated.

How many tickets will I have to put in before I get an actual response? Is this an issue being worked on? Is it not going to be fixed? Is the information contained in the letters lost and gone forever?

I have saved letters in my vault that may just be wasting slots if they are never going to be readable again. Not to mention they had valuable information in them which is why I saved them in the first place.

Thanks in advance.

   Hi Whommy,

This issue is directly related to old saved copies of in-game mail. In one patch some while ago modifications were made to our in-game mail system. An unfortunate side-effect of this was that the text of mail saved prior to this became unreadable. I understand that you were using these to store information and I am sorry that you have lost that information Whommy. I hope that this loss isn't too great.
Half King of Beasts + half Monarch of the Skies = ?
