I used no foul language. My post was not in all caps. Why was it deleted? You just don't want to fix the problem or what?
Anyways, to summarize. I CLEARLY wrote up a ticket explaining that:
1. I was on the "Rise of the Machines" BRD quest.
2. I looted the head of Argelmach.
3. I confirmed the head to be in my bag.
4. I confirmed the quest said "(Complete)" next to it.
Edit: I have the 10 cores. They did not disappear like the head did.
When I hearthed back to Kargath, the head disappeared and the quest was no longer complete.
The response I got was:
Q u o t e: Thank you for contacting the World of Warcraft Game Master Department.
After some research, it has been determined that the quest which you reported is not considered to be "broken." It appears that you do not have all the required quest items in your personal inventory. Please remember to check your bank inventory for quest items. The quest log can tell when you have stored an item in the bank, quest NPCs can not.
If you confirm that you have all the items you need to turn in for a quest in your personal inventory and you are still unable to turn in the quest, please submit another ticket when you are next online and we will attempt to assist you further.
Thank you again for contacting us. We hope you continue to enjoy your experience in World of Warcraft!
Now if you delete this one, since there is absolutely no reason to delete it, I will be on the phone and your guys on the other end are going to hate me.[ post edited by Rhaal ]

Q u o t e: 1. Why my unoffensive post was just straight deleted.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to determine why your original post was deleted. You may want to read our Forum Code of Conduct in order to discover whether or not the content of your original post may have been inappropriate for our forum. I, personally, was not here when either thread was created.
Q u o t e: 2. Why the GM didn't read my ticket in it's entirety.
It does sound as though the Game Master read and understood the petition. He was informing you that there are no current issues which would cause such a discrepancy after the head had been looted.
Q u o t e: The Problem: The quest item disappeared.
Not the problem: Having the quest item and not being able to turn it in.
Unfortunately, our records do indicate that the head was not looted by anyone within a large time frame of the kill, and left to rot on the corpse. For this reason, we will be unable to verify you having received the necessary quest item. You will need to attempt this quest again at your next convenience. Please accept my apologies for this situation, as I'm quite sure it's not the answer you would wish to hear. In any event, I do wish you luck on completing this quest in the future. = )
My lamb and martyr, you look so precious.
