So I'm trying to transfer my character but I'm having a major hangup.
Your system seems to think my credit card number is invalid. However, it's the same number I pay my monthly subscription with and no, I haven't typed it wrong in any way shape or form.
Who can I talk to about this?
BTW, I have no telephone, so only an e-mail address would help, or maybe your system is just retarded this early in the morning.

As for the issue you've described, it is possible that your credit card provider is requesting a piece of information which was somehow not retained; my first piece of advice would be to select the option to use another credit card, and try entering the same number as before. That may work for you, as it has for others. If that doesn't do the trick, however, then you shall have to contact Billing directly; as you say that phoning them is not an option, you may e-mail them at billing@blizzard.com. In any case, I wish you the best. :)
