Subject: Changing Email Address
I wanted to change my email address this evening but then it tells me i have to call up blizzard, i live all the way over here in New Zealand and im not sure if the phone call costs or how i am supposed to dial the numbers (seriously, do i need to add any special prefix numbers or what?)
Anything insight would be good :)

Well, Drunkard, you should be able to call 1-800-041-378 to get in touch with our Billing Department via phone -- that's the number that Australian customers use, and I reckon it'll work for New Zealand as well. As for whether you'd need any special prefixes, that's something you'd have to ask your local telephone service provider. Please note, however, that our normal business hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday) still apply, so you'll have to take the time difference into consideration. It's around 2:20 a.m. PDT as I'm writing this post, so use that to calculate when you'd need to call to catch us. In any case, friend, best of luck to you. Let us know if there's anything more we can do. :)
