I would normaly post this in Tech support but I know they work bankers hours.
Right now we have a problem in AV
The Icelord is bugged. We have 10 people summoning and nothing is happening.
Is there any way you can look into this? This match is still going on.

I'm sorry to say that I wasn't able to personally verify the issue you've described, Twinkie, but it looks as though we have received reports from other players of such a phenomenon that appears to be affecting both Ivus the Forest Lord and Lokholar the Ice Lord; you may rest assured that our Quality Assurance and Development Teams shall investigate the matter further and determine how best to resolve it. If any updates are forthcoming, I shall let you folks know. In the meantime, friend, your patience is much appreciated. :)
