Okay, got a question.
I'm a night elf priest, revered with the Hydraxian Waterlords.
I can obtain an eternal quintessence due to being revered when I handed in the Hands of the Enemy quest.
Yet, I am unable to get the quest to go open the box and get the nice fire resist ring (think it's name is Tidal Loot, I can't get quest, so I'm not certain.)
If I contact a GM about this (because some thott and wow official forum browsing shows it's a bit of a bug), does getting the ring count against the restoration number, or is getting it a freebie due to being unable to obtain the quest when you should.
Repeat: Revered with Waterlords, and I can get the eternal quintessence. Night Elf Priest.

G'eve, Mysty! There is, indeed, an issue which prevents some Night Elf Priests from acquiring "A Hero's Reward" and receiving the Tidal Loop as a testament to the devotion they've shown to the Hydraxian Waterlords. If you submit a petition requesting to have this corrected, you should be forwarded to our Character Specialists for further assistance; you may rest assured that any steps they take to resolve the matter should not be counted against the limited restorations allotted to your account.
