Subject: customer service
   i would like an explination as to how some of the things work at blizzard, i realize this is a business and not exactly a well oiled machine that gets stuff done instantly, but i have one point i feel needs to be addressed ( please take into account im only 18 years old, i have much to learn, yes, but take the time to read this, i beg u )

I know that everyone is different, and i for one hate cookie cutter answers, but hearing 3-4 different things from 3-4 different employess is frustrating, when i call ( yes ive done this 3-4 time ) the blizz customer service helpline, i have recived varying amounts of help, the first women was kind enough to help me out, she gave me a brief but informative explination as to the ETA of my account being unsupsended, after 2 weeks i called again, wondering if i could get a check on how things were going, see if the mail had been recieved, etc the man i got ahold of was.. less then helpful, i asked if he could check it and he flatly said no im sorry i cant help, anything else... i was .. shocked because id never been treated rudely once on the phone.. so i called again the next day. I get ahold of someone who looks into it, finds out that the mail has not been registed as received yet, but he proceded to give me an email that i could msg in case the process took to long, well after tyhe 20th day and 14th business day i did just that, i recieved a cookie cutter email back the next day.. which gave no help, i emaild him again, asking him if he would do something like he had said.. guess wut msg i got back? did u guess cookie cutter answer? basically im wondering how this is considered customer service, i havnt seen one person go out of there way to actually help me ( let me clear this up and say i mean the people on the phone and emails, the forums blues rival thottbot in there helpfulness )

   First and foremost, Jezzdia, I'd like to apologise for the apparent distress you've been caused by your previous correspondence with various departments within our company; I can assure you that it was not our intent to frustrate you. I am truly sorry to say, however, that this is really a matter which must be handled by Billing; the Game Master Department has no involvement whatsoever in issues regarding one's payments, and therefore we -- the moderators of the Customer Service Forum -- may unfortunately be of no further assistance. Although it looks as though you are currently in contact with Billing representatives via e-mail, I would recommend that you also call Billing at your earliest convenience -- you may do so at 1-800-59-BLIZZ between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. I wish you the best in your efforts, friend. :)
