Subject: How long does it take to restore a character? |

Does anyone have an estimate on how long it takes to get a character restored? My main was hacked and deleated. I would really like if i could get someone from blizzard to see how close my main Jambaa(lvl 60 Tauren Warrior) is ot being restored. Blizz did send me an email about this and its been 17 days seance the hack. [ post edited by Yosimba ]

I'd like to apologise for the delay in my response, Yosimba; I had to look into the matter a bit before being able to offer any sort of conclusive answer. I've confirmed that the pertinent information regarding your account compromise has been forwarded to our Account Investigators for further analysis, and that your account has been temporarily locked to ensure that its integrity is maintained. It would appear that you have been sent an e-mail with instructions as to how access to your account may be regained, but you may contact Account Administration via e-mail at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com if you have any other questions.
