I have recently had my account compromised. I logged on everything was deleted except for the character itself. When I talked to the GM he locked my account and I recieved instructions in my email. I took the steps and faxed the information. I have now recieved an email saying my request has been denied because it wasn't under the name my account was registered under. The information was my fathers because he pays for the game on his credit card and everything. Our last names are the same too, can't you figure that out? I have done everything you have asked, so now I'm supposed to send the information again under my name this time and have to dig up my birth certificate is it really THAT nessecary? What more evidence do you need that the account is mine, and it is now secure?
I really don't want to go through the filling out another form, finding my birth certificate, and then paying to fax another copy but what baffles me is that I couldn't retrieve my account can't you check the credit card that the account is being payed for?
