Subject: Why has it been 5 hours and no GM responce?
   To the ticket I currently have in the game... seriously. It's been forever and day, would love to talk to a GM or something.

   I apologize that the wait times for a Game Master response have extended beyond our expectations. We are currently working to reduce these queue times and address each petition in the order in which it was received.

I can tell you though that if you no longer wish to leave your account open, it'd be much easier to simply deactivate yourself. It'll save you the trouble of trying to get us to close it for any sort of Terms of Use violation. = )
