Subject: Account Suspended.....
I recieved a Billing chargeback from Blizzard about 7 days ago. I sent my money order from Australia straight away. Now im not sure if it made it there yet or of Blizzard employees are yet to activate my account again. Ive contacted the Billing department, they send me to the account department, and guess what? The account Department sends me back to billing.

I apologise for the delay in my response, Raisen. So that I may look into the matter further, can you offer the name and realm of a character on the affected account? :)

I've inquired into the situation a bit more with Account Administration, Raisen, and it would appear that your money order has not yet been received by our Billing Department, and therefore access may not yet be granted to your account; it is likely that "the check is in the mail," so to speak, and your patience in the meantime is much appreciated. :)

I thought that was one of the requirements for this Forum :)

"Oh, you can't help that," said the Moonkin. "We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
