I submitted a ticket and had it escalated over 2 and a half weeks ago (I think it is over 3 now...), and I still have not heard anything. I have asked before on the status with no response. So, what is the status of my request?

Hi Osprey,
I inquired into this and it seems you were sent an email requesting further information on the specifics of lost items and times of losses. This email was meant to be replied back directly to. I however do also note that you have reported in the past having trouble with your email address. I would recommend that you now open a new ticket to a Game Master in-game so that you may get this issue of yours back underway. Good luck.

Also, I spent like half an hour on hold to change my e-mail address, but after that long I kinda gave up :(. I will create another ticket then I guess and call again to see if I can get my e-mail changed.
It would indeed be beneficial to re-email your reply to us, perhaps if possible from another address. However if this can not be done just supply the information via an in-game petition.
