Subject: Email Change
   I'm having an issue where my current e-mail that is assigned with my account is no longer valid. I've waited on the phone for customer service for about 30-45 minutes waiting for a human voice to answer. I need to update my e-mail address but I cannot since it's not available to update my email on-line. Is there an alternative way to updating my email rather than waiting on the phone for an extended period of time? I really need my email changed because I had a ticket a while back, and the response I got ingame mail was...A response has been sent to your email. Please help.

   I'm very sorry, Moont, but it will be necessary to speak with a representative from our Billing and Support Representative over the phone in order to change the e-mail address that is on file for your account. Please remain patient and a Billing representative should be with you shortly. Good luck!
