Hello, recently, Sunday night, I lost a package in the mail, containing 5x Blood of the Mountain. I enquired to the GM's to see if they could restore or track down what happened to it. I was told it couldn't be restored and they couldn't disclose information on if it was mailed to the correct person or not. I was just wondering if that was because they did not have that information available or if it was some other reason. I'm just anxious because it was the final mats I needed for my Sulfuron Hammer.

If you provide us with the name of a character on the account and the realm that the character is located on, I'd be happy to look into this for you, Mobious. :)

Alright, Mobious - I've looked into this matter and I believe that I've tracked down your 5 Blood of the Mountain. They do not appear to have been lost in the mail or deleted at any point; rather, it looks as though they arrived properly and were removed from the mail, and are now located in Crowlene's inventory. I hope this helps!
