Okay. Thus far, ingame GM's suck squared. My druid char was supposed to get her aquatic form. I went out there, got both halves the pendant, came back. Darkshore half is not in my inventory. I go again. Can no longer click on the box. I dropped the quest, picked up the quest - still can't click on box.
I drop the half a pendant I do have, drop the quest. Pick up the quest, out to darkshore again - cannot click on the box.
These are the GM responses I have gotten thus far:

Petition: So ... I can't have aquatic form? There's no way for me to get the other half of the pendant to complete the quest?
I dropped the quest, dropped the 1/2 I did have, and tried again. The box is not clickable.
Answer: If you've abandoned all of the quests involving aquatic form, and destroyed the items, here's who you can speak with to redo them:

So now I'm babysitting a druid that's just standing there pissed, waiting for a GM to get back to me ... so I can apparently go ahead and kill my char, as apparently they strongly feel this is not their problem.
Please help.

Hello Tiarablue,
I inquired into this on you behalf. It appears that, as you mentioned, you only have one half of the pendant. However the half you have is the part from Darkshore - the Half Pendant of Aquatic Agility. The second half you now seek is called the Half Pendant of Aquatic Endurance and comes from Westfall. I apologize for the confusing answers you may have received. Game Masters will not in general give specific game hints regarding a quest. I wish you the best with your attempts for complete this important quest line. *smiles*

Right this very second you do have the Half Pendant of Aquatic Agility in your inventory. As for being unable to interact with quest items and boxes, I would first recommend verify that you are not in or stuck in a raid group. To see if you are in a raid group, please click on the social button (default key: O). The second-to-last tab is set for Raid. To force your character to leave a raid group type the following command in your chat window, and make certain that it appears precisely as offered below, including capitalization and punctuation:
/script LeaveParty()
