Subject: Sonic's Consolidated List of How-To's
   Now and then you may have seen me pop up an image of how to resolve an issue to make it easier for all of us. So, if the next time I tell you to do something and you say to yourself, What the tutankhamen?, then take a look at this list for a picture perfect discription. Here is a quick list of screenshots I have created for your learning pleasure.

How do I submit an In-game ticket or petition?
Click on the Help Request icon located on the bottom right of your interface.

How do I send a character to another account in the Paid Transfer feature?
Follow through the character transfer options and select the character you are transferring. You will be prompted to select an account to account transfer if desired.

I keep getting disconnected in-game, what should I do? (Technical)
Make sure your Firewall is off or has an open port for World of Warcraft. Or, you may need to disable checksumming.

How do I access the Public Test Realm?
Activate your World of Warcraft Launcher and select the Test icon.

My World of Warcraft is not functioning properly, and I was asked to use the Repair Utility but I cannot find it!
It is located by itself in the World of Warcraft folder.

Thank you, Sonic - I have no doubt that the visual examples you have provided are extremely helpful to other players, and I very much appreciate you taking the time to put this together.
