Dear Blizzard,
Last night I lost 2 vital characters off of my account. Both Characters were Banks for our guild Cthulhudawn.
These characters contained a WIDE range of items, aprox 20,000g in gold and items for our 200 person guild.
I am the only one with direct access to these accounts and know that I did not delete these Characters.
Characters in question
Guildvault
Guildmc
Server = Detheroc
I considered the fact that somone may have cracked my password and changed it this morning to be certain. However I find this possiblity unlikey as I am only missing a few of the characters and not all, some of the ones I still have had more items of value than the ones lost.
We Desperatly need to have these characters restored with these items.
Please advise.

Hi Guildzgaq,
I have inquired into this for you. The characters were deleted in such a way that if you did not do it purposefully yourself I would strongly recommend opening a petition to a Game Master indicating your account may have been compromised. In your ticket give the names and realm of the deleted characters and an overview of the types of items they were holding. I wish you the best of luck with this Guildzgaq.

I think I can pull a list of items that were on the characters at a certain date. it is from the guild manager LUA save file however and im not sure if this would help the GMs out at all. I will open a ticket tonight and keep my fingers crossed. Thanks
The list won't need to be too extensive. But a summary of the types of items with examples would help. Good luck.
