Subject: Help with my account
I need help with my account. I've got to do one of two things before my next billing date and I need some information.

If I cancel the subscription and resubscribe at a later date, will my characters be deleted when I turn the account back on?

And, if I transfer the game account over to another bank account for billing, will I be charged a fee immediately for doing that or will I only be charged on the due billing date it says I have on the current bank account I have applied?

If you cancel your subscription and reactivate it at a later date, your characters will be in the same state that they were in when the subscription was cancelled; with a couple exceptions. Your PvP Rank will decay at a normal rate after your subscription has been cancelled; and any mail that your character has received will expire after the normal period of time (30 days, if the mail is left unopened). Aside from these two factors, your characters will be exactly as they were when you left them.

In regards to your second question, please visit the Account Management website and visit the "Change Payment Method" page. Follow the instructions, and you will be able to place your account subscription on the new credit card. There is no fee for changing your payment method, and the change will not take effect until your current subscription period ends (if you use a 1-month recurring plan, for example, the new card would not be charged until the end of the current month). I hope this helps, Gaspra! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
But hark, methinks a mortal doth approach...
