Subject: Ninja Looting... Why can't anything be done?
With open server transfers, there does seem to be a small rise in the classic <deguild> <loot> <hearth> ninja looting technique. Why is there nothing Blizzard can do about this if a player is reported and screenshot evidence is provided? Acts like this violate so many parts of the EULA, why can't anything be done about it?

Klyte, the act of 'ninja looting' does not currently violate our Terms of Use or End User License Agreement. Players have the ability to select who they group with, and the party/raid leaders have the ability to choose the loot settings and select the item quality threshold.

I'm sorry to say that outside of those methods Game Masters will not intervene in such player interactions.
