Subject: Friend didn't receive account retrieval info
This is regards to my real-life friend who needs his account back. He can not login to his account. This is his email he got from Blizzard.

This email is in regards to the investigation and restoration of losses on your account due to possible compromise. Unfortunately, we are not able to restore any property to your account until the account has been unlocked. Please refer to the email World of Warcraft - Account Retrieval Instructions for more information on the unlock process. Should you need assistance unlocking your account, please contact Account Administration by emailing wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com

He did not receive the account retrieval email. He sent his account and email to the account administration and told them to unlock his account for restoration. Is there anything else he should do? The character that needs to be restored is Aquawolf of the realm, Firetree.

Hi, Thansus. What is the character name and realm of your friend's main character?
This just feels like spinning plates...
