If you are speaking of exchanging your account with a Troll Hunter for someone else's account with an Alliance Hunter, the answer is a resounding NO. The transfer of World of Warcraft accounts is strictly forbidden by our Terms of Use. To quote:

Blizzard Entertainment does not recognize the transfer of Accounts, and any authorized transfer of the World of Warcraft software (as set forth on the worldofwarcraft.com website) will result in the permanent deletion of the Account attached to that software. You may not offer any Account for sale or trade, and any such offer is a violation of this Agreement and may result in suspension or termination of the Account.
Now, if you were only speaking of changing your character's race to an Alliance race, I'm sorry, Arkillitus; but we do not provide a means for players to change their Race, Class, Gender, Faction, or Appearance upon request.
