Hi,
I was playing on Sunday night and disenchanted 2 level 55+ green items and the mats never made it to my bags, I though it was LAG so Ill just wait a bit. After a bit I opened an e-mail from something I had sold on the AH and the 3.65 G I had won never made it to my bag either. It has been a few days now and they have yet to appear. How do I get restitution for these?

If you have not already, please submit an in-game petition to a Game Master describing the situation and time frame with as much detail as possible. We will work to determine the cause of the missing property. Thanks, Dr. Strangelove. ; D
