So lastnight, in a 3 hour span, our main tanks went threw 5 Flask of the titans. For some reason after our 2nd wipe for a boss both MT's lost their flask buff... it had only been 20-30 minutes since they took it... after another attempt or 2 ONE of the MT's lost his flask... Is this bug being looked into? I beleive one of the MT's sent in a ticket for reimbursment of the flasks (pain to farm all the mats for a 20 minute buff)
Now this isn't the issue of the flask getting pushed off, they actually lose the HP's along with the icon.

This has been reported by multiple players in the following thread:

In that thread, there were players who reported that the flask was getting bumped off and that they lost the HP as well as the buff icon when this occurred. Pavonum went to great lengths to investigate this issue, and here is his latest finding:

As a more general update, my testing reached a veritable crescendo this afternoon. While I have confirmed once again that the buff limit truly is 32, it would appear that there are some effects that count toward this total which are not readily apparent; this may explain the inconsistencies some players have observed. I've taken the liberty of passing this information along to the proper authorities to investigate the matter further, and shall let you folks know if any additional information is forthcoming. Thanks for your help. :)
