Subject: Accidentally bought Don Rodrigo's band
I was in AV 2 and was trying to buy a frosty book before the horde destroyed everything, but before I could buy it (was thinking a bit) a small raid of horde ran into my tower, so I quickly clicked to buy it and to my horror accidentally bought http://wow.allakhazam.com/item.html?witem=21563 (Don Rodrigo's Band) which, if you didn't realize, is 60 gold worth of nothing, especially being as I have http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=19905 and http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=18103

I did send in a ticket, but unfortunately sleep overtook me and I logged out, I got this in return "Unfortunately, we were unable to provide the restoration you requested. While we make every effort to verify your loss there are times where restoration is not possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused."

The only reason I posted here was because in my ticket, I forgot to post the time of the problem or the fact that I was trying to buy the book (8:15-8:50 PM, in AV2)

   Hi Valalvax,

Unfortunately Game Masters generally will be unable to reverse purchase decisions. I understand that this was not intentional on your behalf, and I am sorry that you wasted 60 gold on this item that you do not want. While I know 60 gold can be a lot of money, hopefully you will just be able to move on again soon. I too have made such errors with my own purchases in the past and know how infuriating it can be at the time.
Half King of Beasts + half Monarch of the Skies = ?
