Hello,
I have been talking with GM's and they say that my issue is not a current issue they are aware of.
So I would like to report it as a new issue or suchwhat.
My character Enpeecee was attuned for blackwing lair before the account transfer from stormreaver to korgath. Her name was changed in the transition and when I went to BWL a few weeks ago the orb would not work for me. I submitted a ticket at that time but was not online for when the gm got back to me.

Hi Enpeecee,
I inquired into this and it appears that while you picked up the quest for this in June you never fully completed it. In fact the quest Blackhand's Command is supposedly still in your quest log. You will need to complete this quest. Good luck.
