hi i just got my account unlocked after i did the paer work then i got a email saying to reply with the items lost,gold lost relem and char name something like that i was wondering do i reply to that email or do i get on the char thye lost his gear and pentiotn a GM again? and also when will i get a ETA on it

As Tandaa has suggested, please reply directly to the e-mail that you were sent and include as much information as possible, Vampireheart. It will not be necessary to submit another in-game petition in regards to this matter. We are unable to provide you with an estimate for how long it may take to complete the investigation process and restore your items, but I can assure you that we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
