Subject: Banned? Still no Customer Service via phone.
   Nor ingame. I've been on the phone for 50+ minutes, not only wasting my gametime, but my cell phone minutes as well. Get more customer reps?

   You will need to contact our Account Administration Department by e-mail in order to dispute any action that has been taken against your account. The best way to do so is to fill out the website e-mail form, located here:

They will respond as soon as possible. The Game Master staff (in-game or here on the Customer Service Forums) will be unable to assist you in this matter. Thank you for your patience, Noobgrinder.
