This happens frequently, where I email blizzard support, and they sent me a jumbled wall of text.
I dont know about you, but I dont like reading poorly parsed walls of text, especially sent by "professionals". Please update your standards for sending email responses to involve something readable...
Did someone say PvP?

I'm assuming this in reference to the last email sent to you. It's unclear to me what you're expecting our department to do with the information you've supplied in this thread. I can read the email sent to you just fine, and it's format is actually rather nice and clearly separated by steps. Have you wondered whether or not the service provider you're using for emails might have caused an unclear alteration to the format of the email?
