I have had an active WoW account since day 1 but have been inactive on this character for several months. Why would you delete it? has it expired?is it gone forever? can I have it back? Had I known you were going to delete it I would have logged it more often, I was eventually going to come back and play it. What steps can I take to retrieve it? Any help would be appreciated.

When you submit an in-game petition to request that your deleted character is restored, please include all of the following information:
- Character name
- Realm that the character is located on
- Level, Race, and Class of the character
- Acknowledgement that you would like to use one of your limited restorations to restore the character.
Once a Game Master has received your petition, they will investigate the situation and determine whether or not it is possible to recover your character. Please review the Character and Item Restoration sticky thread for more information about "limited restorations" and the restoration process:
