Subject: Loot Issue
   We had a loot issue where an item was never looted off of Rag. We're trying to get this sent to the correct player, but we keep getting different answers. The player who was supposed to get the item (Boeuf) even got mail addressed to another person in our guild (Chrissie) who had nothing to do with the Band of Sulfuras.

We've asked the GM's if we could get some status of the item and were told GM's can't help with loot issues. Boeuf responded to the email he received, even though it was addressed to Chrissie but has not heard a response. The item was not looted on 07/24/06 and it's been over a week since Bo replied to the email.

Is there anything we can do to get an update or a yes or no answer if the item can be sent to Bo?

   I've looked into this matter, Discord, and it appears that a Specialist Game Master sent your guildmate, Boeuf, an e-mail about an hour ago. The e-mail states that they will be contacting the master looter to decide how the items will be distributed in order to resolve the loot issue that was experienced. Please advise Boeuf and the master looter to keep an eye out for further e-mails from the Specialist. I hope this helps to ease your concern. :)
