I have a very big proble, wierd things such as char i have deleted about 2 months ago, are now ack on my account, and my main with over 1000 gold is now not on my account anymore, i would really love an explanation of whats going on, and to get my hunter back!

Well, Tarterus, if you feel that your account has been compromised (accessed by someone other than yourself), I would suggest that you submit an in-game petition as soon as possible. Please be sure to include as much information as you can about any characters/items that were lost.
Our Account Investigation Team will investigate your account in an attempt to verify the loss that you describe, determine the cause of the loss, and provide you with a restoration (if possible). It may take over a week for the investigation process to complete, so we would ask that you remain patient during this time.
