Subject: Long term suspension Mailbox question
My friend has been suspended for 21+ days now because of a credit card chargeback, blizz is telling him his account being restored is in the works so hes trying to be patient ( 20+ days though.. ouch, anyways ) he is worried that it will take more then 29 days for his problem to be fixed, if that happened, all his stuff in the mailbox since the day he was suspsended would poof, causing him much grief, his character name is Kazig, lvl 39 orc warrior on the Jaedenar realm, (he'd prefer if i didnt post his account name) If there is anything you can do, please let me know so he can ease up about it.. if not, tell those guys at billing to get goin! Thanx ahead of time, Jezz

Subject: Re: Long term suspension Mailbox question
I'm sorry for the delay in responding, Jezzdia. I've looked into this matter, and it appears that your friend Kazig has a few items in his mailbox that were sent from yourself and another player. This mail will expire after 30 days from the date it was sent, and will then be returned to the sender. When your friend reactivates his account, he will be able to contact the players who sent the items and request that they be resent. However, any mail from the Auction House will be lost once it expires.

I would suggest that you have your friend Kazig send an e-mail to wowcharhelp@blizzard.com, which will put him into contact with our Character Specialists. Please have your friend explain the situation as best possible, and the Specialists may be able to assist him. Thank you for inquiring into this matter.
