Subject: Unable to Transfer a Character
   Hi, I just recently tried transferring one of my characters from Bleeding Hollow to Garona (PVP to Normal).

So, I went through the steps involved in transferring a character on the web page and entered my payment information and selected which character to transfer. But, when I clicked 'Submit' on the payment information screen, it brought me back to the character selection screen, and it said on the bottom that the average wait time before I could continue to 'Finalization' would be about 1 hour. So, I waited and then went back on later to see if I could continue, but it always asked me to enter the payment information again.

How am I able to continue with the transfer? I just want to make sure that I can still continue with the transfer and not be charged twice if I enter the payment information again.

   Hi Caulderon,

If your credit card is unable to be processed in the finalization step of a Paid Character Transfer, then you will be "looped back" to the previous step. In this case, it will be necessary for you to use a different card in order to complete the process. Our Development Team is currently evaluating the issue with hopes to provide players with a more informative error message.
