I'm on the Alliance side. Back in the day, before the Shifting Sands patch, you could pick up the horde-side Silithus flight point. It'd do you no good, as you couldn't pick up any linked nodes, but you could just the same, and I did.
Then, the Shifting Sands patch was released. Now, due to positioning on the minimap used for flight points, I can indeed use the horde flight point.
The problem is this: it completly overlaps the alliance one, and it's horribly bugged. If I click on it, I will fly to:
-Silithus (Alliance)
-Un'Goro
-Silithus (Horde)
...and then land there.
Charging me money all the way.
I've submitted two GM tickets, the first one suggested that I fix my UI (no addon can arbitrarily change flight points, and I'm an addon developer, I actually would know), the second one came back "working as intended."
I'm tired of the in-game ticket system. It's broken, and I've only ever gotten canned responses suggesting that I'm nub. So, here I am.
Is there any way to fix this? Any way at all? I'm really sick and tired of blowing 30g and an additional five minutes any time I want to fly to Silithus.
Any help would be apprecated.

Hello Sbo,
I understand your problem exactly regarding the opposite faction flight master in Cenarion Hold. We are already aware of this situation experienced by certain players who, at this earlier stage, picked up this flight point. We are looking into ways to correct it from our end and hopefully this extra flight point will be removed from your character in an upcoming patch. In the meantime I thank you for patience with this annoyance.

Unfortunately I do not know what patch it will make it into yet sorry. It will depend on how quickly the "fix" is tested and approved.
