I received mail from Blizzard that my account has been permanently close due to "account creation process is only available to customers in North America, New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore".
I have looked at the WOW Terms of Use page (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html)
again, but don't think it contains any explicit or implicit references that the game is only available to customers in North America, New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore. Also if the game is not available to customers in other countries, why did it allow me to choose those other countries at the contact info page during the account creation process?
I am from Hong Kong, and I know of hundreds of WOW players from Hong Kong, so all of them are illegal customers in Blizzards' eyes and should be banned too?
Also, I just paid $25.00 to transfer my 60 mage to this account and i feel very unhappy if my toon is lost with this account. Is there any means to transfer my toon back to my old account?
From a very disappointed wow player...

If you wish to dispute any action that has been taken against your account, please contact our Account Administration Department by completing this website e-mail form: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/?id=eSupport000
The Game Master staff (in-game or here on the Customer Service Forum) will be unable to discuss this further with you, and we would ask that you patiently await a reply from Account Administration. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, Reby - good luck!
